Out Door Life Skills Training Programme
Accompanying the well formulated and delivered course modules on technical aspects there is the priority that students follow a number of modules designed for improving communication skills, team building and other soft skills including emotional intelligence to compile with the technical knowledge. To achieve these objectives the Department of TLM has introduced a three day outdoor life skills training program for the first year students.

8th , 9th , 10th March 2010
09 batch students and staff members of the Department went on Outward Bound Training to Belihuloya conducted by Wild Drift Management Centre - specialists for management training in wilderness.
Both Students and staff went through an out bound training at the wild drift management centre at Belihuloya. This was a partial requirement of the outdoor life skills training course module for the undergraduates following B.Sc.degree programme.
